I just would like to say a big thank you for the team. I had a final drive seal leaks. They had time for me as I was travelling through. They didn’t have the part for my BMW R1150 GS but as a good will gesture they have changed my final drive oil, cleaned the wheel rim for free. The mechanic told me what to look out for to stay safe. Because of their selfless act I was able to reach my final destination Budapest safely. Thanks a lot.

My G31 informed today (after25k km) that cooling liquid level is low - generally this never happened before even with different cars - I was on holiday in Italy 1,5k km from my service - so I went to the nearest one - this was in Brixina - at the entrance I have met the gentleman with BMW batch so I asked for help - he immediately reacted, called the mechanic - they checked the cooler, add liquid and wished me good drive! - Excellent reaction- great BMW team - congratulations and thank you!!!

Ho acquistato una R1200R usata presso questa concessionaria, purtroppo non sono riuscito a visionarla personalmente prima dell acquisto ,in quanto risulta parecchio distante da casa mia. Mi sono state confermate telefonicamente le qualità del mezzo, e fidandomi, l’ho acquistata a distanza. Il venditore , Patrick Cerra, si è dimostrato altamente professionale sia nella trattativa, che nel rapporto personale. Il giorno in cui ho ritirato la moto, era ancora più spettacolare di quanto me la aspettavo. Ringrazio nuovamente Patrick e tutto lo staff , per la cortesia e la competenza che dimostrano nel suo lavoro.
